Residential Building "Uno"

The problem of inserting this building in an urban context had a considerable weight in the planning of the project and determined, from a formal point of view, a differential treatment of the exterior walls in relation to their orientation. The main façade constitutes the ideal dividing line between the new allotments and the existing building, proposing itself as a true, limitless architecture. The stone covering of the façade emphasizes such a feature, re-creating the effect of an enclosed city wall fragment beyond which, new buildings can be developed. The strength of the theme “Blade of Stone” affects not only the morphology of the building, but also the development of the entire system, which presents a distinctly defined result.
