The area of interest of the current program has a territorial surface of 14,972 square meters and takes place in the city of Levanella. The intervention foresees the division of the area in four lots. The project proposes to transform, within the limits of a productive installation, the “no place” typical of the industrial suburbs in a vital space of high quality, for the architectural characteristics of the buildings as well as the quality of the open spaces, thought of as spaces of relationships and of protection and not as simple areas of advanced results of constructed lots. On the basis of operational and productive needs already expressed by the final users, it was deemed necessary to foresee the possibility of heights different from those originally expected.
