We’re dealing with the re-qualification of a part of the historical center of Narva, Estonia. The idea was not to create a closed center, a limited area, but to create a cross of perspectives and a place of exchanges. The plan foresees the realization of a Management/Commercial building, a typically residential building and the extension and restructuring of a pre-existing villa. The architecture that animates the area will be like people with different characters and will not characterize facades or back sides; the passages between the buildings will constitute a binocular pointed toward a new direction every time. This planning, more than re-qualifying the site of this project, wants to be a vital center for the entire zone area.
